Here’s what to expect:

Our goal is to make checking work for you. During your transition to U.S. Bank, here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Before your account moves to U.S. Bank on Memorial Day weekend 2023, you'll receive a letter in the mail in mid-May 2023 containing your new account number. Please make sure to use your new account number starting May 30, 2023.
  • You’ll receive a new U.S. Bank Debit and/or ATM Card with a new card number by July 15, 2023. Until then, continue using your current Union Bank Debit and/or ATM Card.
  • Your existing direct deposits, bill pay and automatic payments will not be interrupted.
  • Use your old checks until they’re gone. Reorder your checks through U.S. Bank and use your new U.S. Bank account number.
