How do I report fraud on my credit card?

We know it can be concerning finding a transaction that's potentially not yours. We're here to help.

To report a fraudulent transaction on your credit card using digital banking

  1. Choose the credit card the charge was made to.
  2. Select the transaction in question to expand the details and choose Dispute this transaction
  3. Answer the questions to help us determine our next step and provide as much information as possible.
  4. Select Continue on each page to move through the questions.
  5. Review the information you’ve provided and choose Submit to finish your fraud claim.
  6. We’ll provide your case ID number and explain what to expect next.
