How do I enable or disable push notifications?

Turning on push notifications can add another layer of security by alerting you to important activities. These are messages that the U.S. Bank Mobile App sends to your mobile device, even if the app isn’t open.

Please note, there may be more than one specific push notification available within each category of notifications. You can enable as many push notifications as you’d like at the same time.

To enable or disable push notifications using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. From the main menu, select Notifications.
  2. Choose a notification type from the list. If you choose:
    • Profile & security: Select the toggle switch next to Turn on security notifications.
    • Account activity:
      1. Choose All settings.
      2. Select the individual alert.
      3. Select the toggle switch next to Allow notification.
      4. Repeat to enable as many Account activity alerts as you’d like.
    • Insights & updates:
      • Select the toggle switch next to Allow push notifications for all insights and updates.
        OR
      • Select the toggle switch next to the individual ones you’d like.
    • Bill pay:
      1. Choose Instant payment alerts.
      2. Select the toggle switch next to Allow push notifications.
    • Purchases:
      • Select the toggle switch next to Allow push notifications for all transactions.
        OR
      • Select the toggle switch next to the individual account(s) you’d like a notice from.
    • Zelle®: Select the toggle switch next to Push notifications.
    • Cash-back deals: Select the toggle switch next to Allow New and Expiring and/or Allow Earned.
    • Mobile check deposits:
      • Select the toggle switch next to Allow notifications.
        OR
      • Use the toggle switch to select the individual account(s) you want notice from.
