Why can't I log into the U.S. Bank Mobile App?

If you're having trouble logging in, your device may have an update available. If you don't have an update available, make sure you have one of the following compatible devices:

  • An iPhone or iPad with iOS 15 and up
  • An Android phone with OS 9.0 and up

If your device isn't listed or if you have an Android tablet, you'll need to log in another way. You can use a different device or visit our full site to access your account. 

If your device is compatible and you're still having issues, try this: 

  1. Uninstall the U.S. Bank Mobile App.
  2. Turn off your device for one minute and turn it back on.
  3. Install the U.S. Bank Mobile App again and log in.
