  1. New Credit Card Enrollment Bonus: Offer valid only for the U.S. Bank Triple Cash Rewards Visa® Business Card. One-time $500 cash back will be awarded if eligible Net Purchases totaling $4,500 or more are made to the Account Owner’s Card within 150 days from account opening. The Account Owner’s Card is the card assigned to the initial applicant of the account and would not include cards used by authorized employees. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Please allow 8-10 weeks after you have met the spend requirement for your cash back to be credited to your Account. Cash Rewards may be redeemed as a statement credit, U.S. Bank Rewards Card, or deposited to your U.S. Bank business checking, savings or money market account. A statement credit will not satisfy the minimum payment requirement. Offer may not be combined with any other offer. Subject to credit approval.

  2. U.S. Bank Triple Cash Rewards Visa® Business Card members may earn three percent (3%) cash back on Net Purchases (purchases minus credit and returns) at restaurants/restaurant delivery, gas stations, electric vehicle charging stations, office supply stores and cell phone service providers. All other Net Purchases may earn one percent (1%) cash back. Transactions qualify for cash back based on how merchants classify the transaction. U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business and reserves the right to determine which Purchases will qualify. Purchases of gasoline or electric vehicle charging greater than $200 will not be deemed to be a purchase of automotive fuel and as such will earn a reward of 1%. Not all transactions are eligible for cash back, such as Advances, Balance Transfers and Convenience Checks. You may not redeem cash back, and you will immediately lose all of your earned cash back rewards, if your account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, due to Program misuse, fraudulent activities, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death). Cash back may be redeemed as a statement credit, U.S. Bank Rewards Card, or deposited to your U.S. Bank business checking, savings or money market account. The amount of Rewards that may accumulate for your Account is unlimited. Rewards accumulated are non-expiring, subject to conditions set for herein. An automatic statement credit of $100 per 12-month period will be applied to your Account within two (2) statement billing cycles following 11 consecutive months of eligible software service purchases made directly with a software service provider. Eligible software service providers are identified by their Merchant Category Code (MCC) and purchases made at discount/retail stores or online retailers may not qualify. We do not determine the category codes that merchants choose and reserve the right to determine which Purchases qualify. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse any portion or all of any software services credit for unauthorized purchases or transaction credits. Account must be in good standing (open and able to use) to receive the credit.

One-time 75,000 bonus points (worth $750 cash back) will be awarded if you are approved for a new Leverage Business Rewards Card and eligible Net Purchases totaling $7,500 or more are made to the Account Owner's card within 120 days from account opening. The Account Owner's card is the card assigned to the initial applicant of the account and would not include cards used by authorized employees. Net Purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Rewards are earned based on eligible Net Purchases. Not all transactions are eligible to earn rewards, such as advances, balance transfers, and convenience checks; upon approval, see your Cardmember Agreement for details. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your bonus points to be credited to your account. Existing and previous Business Leverage accounts do not qualify for bonus points for a similar account type. Net purchases are purchases minus credits or returns. Not all transactions are eligible to earn rewards, such as advances, balance transfers and convenience checks. "Cash Back Rewards" are the rewards you earn under the program. Cash Back Rewards are tracked as Points and each point earned is equal to $0.01 when redeemed. You may simply see "Cash Back" or "Back" in marketing materials when referring to the rewards you earn. You may not redeem points, and you will immediately lose all of your points, if your account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, due to program misuse, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death). The variable APR for Purchases and Balance Transfers is $ (based on your creditworthiness). The undiscounted variable APR for Cash Advances is 29.99%. Cash Advance fee: 5% of each advance amount, $10 minimum. Convenience Check fee: 3% of each check amount, $5 minimum. Cash Equivalent fee: 5% of each cash amount, $10 minimum. Balance Transfer fee: 3% of each transfer amount, $5 minimum. There is a $1 minimum interest charge where interest is due. The annual fee is $0. Foreign Transaction fee: 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in U.S. Dollars. 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in a Foreign Currency. When you make a payment, the amount up to your Minimum Payment is applied first to the monthly payment obligation for U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plans and U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Loans if any, and then to non-Fixed Payment Program balances in the order of the lowest to highest APR. Any amount over your Minimum Payment is applied to non-Fixed Payment Program balances in the order of lowest to highest APR before applying to Fixed Payment Program balances. We may change APRs, fees and other Account terms in the future based on your experience with U.S. Bank National Association and its affiliates as provided under the Cardmember Agreement and applicable law. ExtendPay Fees: A monthly fee not to exceed 1.6% of the original principal amount in an ExtendPay Plan or ExtendPay Loan. This fixed fee is disclosed upon enrollment and charged each month that you owe the applicable ExtendPay balance. ExtendPay Fees are calculated based upon the original principal amount, Purchase APR, and other factors.
