Supporting the community
We provide grants through the U.S. Bank Foundation to support workforce education, job placement, military financial education and affordable housing for military service members and veterans. We also connect veterans with mortgage-free homes, home repair and vehicles through our H.O.M.E., R.A.M.P. and Driven to Serve programs.
Empowered to give back
Hiring and supporting veterans, National Guard and Reserve members and their family members is core to U.S. Bank culture. Through our award-winning Proud to Serve business resource group, employees are empowered to serve the military community, including getting up to 16 hours of paid time off each year to volunteer, supporting employees on deployment and influencing the services we offer military customers.
